IN-HOME CLIENT CARE MANAGER
Evergreen Residence is searching for a Client Care Manager to assist in its new goal to provide responsive, reliable, consistent, and quality care to the seniors who chose to age at home. The Client Care Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with the care they receive from Evergreen Caregivers.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Responding to client inquiries, seeking out new clients and managing client relationships
- Evangelize our new In-Home Care and Home Care Monitoring services
- Solving client problems and ensuring satisfactory care
- Managing client files and information in our company database
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Sales, marketing and coordination skills
- Ability to develop good interpersonal relationship
- Computer skills a must
- Ambitious and energetic approach to meeting client’s needs
- A positive attitude with a passion for working with people and performing meaningful work
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
